Automatic via TUDRU Digital Hub ExtensionInstall Chrome Extension

With the TUDRU Digital Hub extension, the 1000×1 parameters are applied automatically when you select a file in your browser — no need to open the F12 console.

1.1. Perform these steps in your web browser. If your files are inside a .zip or .rar archive, extract the .png or .gif files to your desktop first.

1.2. Open your Steam profile → click 'Artwork' → 'Upload Artwork' → choose 'Not Game Specific'.

1.3. Paste the invisible character (ㅤ) into the title field, choose your file, and open the browser console with F12 (or Ctrl + Shift + J, or Right-Click → Inspect → Console).

1.4. Paste the code below into the console, press Enter, check the authorship box, and click Save. Then go to 'Edit Profile' → 'Featured Showcase' and select 'Featured Artwork Showcase' or 'Artwork Showcase'.

2. How to upload an animated Workshop Showcase (5 strips)?

Automatic via TUDRU Digital Hub ExtensionInstall Chrome Extension

You can slice any background or video into 5 strips in our Cropper, and the TUDRU Digital Hub extension will automatically apply the Workshop parameters during upload.

2.1. Upload via the same page ('Artwork' → 'Not Game Specific'), but enter the special Workshop console code before saving each of the 5 files.

2.2. Upload all 5 strips one by one, refreshing the upload page after each file.

2.3. In your profile settings, select the 'My Workshop' showcase and place the 5 files from left to right. To synchronize the animation across all strips, open your 'Inventory' and return to your profile.

3. How to upload any custom image to a Screenshot Showcase?

3.1. Screenshot Showcase dimensions match the Artwork Showcase (left main piece — 506px, right strip — 100px). Slice your background in our Cropper using 'Artwork Showcase' mode.

3.2. Upload the pieces via 'Artwork' → 'Not Game Specific', and paste the Screenshot code into the F12 console:

Console code for Screenshot Showcase
$J('#image_width').val('1000');$J('#image_height').val('1');$J('[name="file_type"]').val("5");

4. How to fix common artwork upload errors?

  • Yellow warning in console blocking paste: type allow pasting manually on your keyboard in the console and press Enter.
  • Connection error when saving: temporarily disable DPI bypass tools (like Zapret or GoodbyeDPI) on your PC, refresh the page, and save again.
  • Empty gap on the right of your artwork: you selected 'Artwork Showcase' instead of 'Featured Artwork Showcase' in your profile settings.
  • Black bars on the sides of your image: the file was uploaded without entering the F12 console code.
